P-Shot® for Men

The P stands for Priapus, who is the Greek god of fertility. Without the capital “P”, priapus becomes a synonym for penis.

That’s right, the P-Shot® is a specific method of using blood-derived growth factors to rejuvenate the penis.

Here’s what you need to know.

Treat Erectile Dysfunction & Boost Your Sex Drive and Performance

It’s estimated that 50% of men over the age of 40 will experience some form of sexual dysfunction.

  • Diabetes
  • Prostate Cancer
  • Circulatory Issues
  • Coronary Artery Disease
  • Anti-Depressants
  • Other Medications
  • And Normal Aging

Any of these factors can contribute to sexual dysfunction. Luckily, we now have a safe and natural way to treat it regardless of the cause.

How the P-Shot® Works

The P-Shot® is an injection into penis.

Some of your own blood is drawn from your arm, then spun down in a centrifuge in order to extract Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which is then injected back into your body.

PRP is full of growth hormones that cause stem cells to multiply and grow new, healthier, “younger” tissue. It literally rejuvenates your penis, treating erectile dysfunction, improving size, increasing sensation, and boosting sex drive.

The P-Shot® treatment uses no chemicals or drugs, and requires no surgery. There have been no reported side effects and the treatment has a 90% success rate.

Here’s what’s been found when using PRP in the face:

There’s never been an allergic reaction or necrosis, this is because the PRP comes from your own body, so the body does not react to it as a foreign substance.

Bruising is minimal if at all. There’s no lumpiness or nodules.

The effects last at least 18 months and could be permanent (as if the skin actually became younger).

There’s actual growth of new tissue by stimulation of unipotent stem cells. Sothe change in shape is not from something foreign being in the body but from the body actually rejuvenating and growing!

The PRFM stimulates new blood flow with new blood vessels–not from simple dilation of the exiting blood vessels (neovascularization).

Benefits of the P-Shot®

P-Shot® benefits begin immediately, but take about a 3 months to reach full effect. And although everyone’s experience will be slightly different, here are some of the benefits that are most commonly reported . . .

  • Immediately larger
  • Strengthen the penis
  • Straighten the penis
  • Rejuvenate skin, and improve appearance
  • Increase circulation within the penis for a healthier organ

  • Increase size by design (Can place more in base or in the head or wherever makes for best result)
  • No allergic reactions (it uses your own body’s fluids)
  • No side-effects that often come with erectile dysfunction pills
  • No lumpiness
  • Minimal pain (no burning from the PRFM since it’s from your own body)

What to Expect During Your Visit

First, a numbing lidocaine cream is applied to the penis.

While the numbing cream is setting in, we’ll draw some blood from your arm (just like when you have a blood test done).

The blood is put in a centrifuge to spin down. This separates the platelets and plasma from the red blood cells.

The platelets are then transferred into another tube where we add a few drops of calcium chloride solution that trick the platelets into thinking that they are in the body and the body has been injured causing them to release growth factors.

By this time you’ll be good and numb.

We then transfer the liquid into a syringe and inject it into the penis using a tiny needle and in a way that distributes the growth factors in the proper way.

And that’s it! The whole treatment takes less than 30 minutes. You’ll notice the effects immediately. These will fade over the next few days, then slowly begin to return, reaching their peak at around 3 months.

P-Shot® Q&A

How much growth can I expect?

10 to 20% increase in length and girth. An inch in length (a little more) and in girth was seen in the first two patients in the first month. Girth came first (with the injection), then length (with continued growth). It’s still unclear if a second injection at 4 to 8 weeks will cause another growth spurt.

Where is the injection put?

Directly into the corpus cavernosum with a small needle, and into the head of the penis–in a way almost exactly as done with those who use injections for erectile dysfunction.

What about scar tissue?

If you look at men who inject 3 to 5 times a week over many years for treatment for erectile dysfunction, there is about a 10% incidence of scar tissue formation. This is with multiple injections for years. With this procedure, there is only one injection, so the chances of scar tissue should be almost nothing. In the face, there has been no report of any fibrosis or scar tissue formation.

Does it hurt?

We use a lidocaine cream to numb before the procedure. The pain is about the same as a normal shot to the buttocks, perhaps less.
